The GSTN, vide Advisory No. 679 dated October 28, 2026, has announced scheduled infrastructure maintenance of e-Invoice services from 9:00 AM on October 31, 2026, to 1:00 PM on November 1, 2026 (IST). During this period, e-Invoice data retrieval and processing from IRPs, auto-population of e-Invoice details in GSTR-1, and JSON downloads through the portal and APIs will remain temporarily unavailable. Taxpayers are advised to plan their compliance activities accordingly. Services are expected to resume after completion of maintenance.

Due to a scheduled infrastructure upgrade, certain e-Invoice-related services on the GST portal (https://einvoice.gst.gov.in) would remain temporarily unavailable during the following period:
- Start: 31 October 2026, 9:00 AM (IST)
- End: 1 November 2026, 1:00 PM (IST)
Affected services:
- e-Invoice data retrieval and processing from IRPs.
- Auto-population of e-Invoice data in GSTR-1.
- e-Invoice JSON downloads through the portal and APIs.
