The Central Government has extended the eligibility timeline under Component II of the Resilience & Logistics Intervention for Export Facilitation (RELIEF) intervention under the Export Promotion Mission (EPM) up to September 30, 2026. The extension has been notified by the Directorate General of Foreign Trade through Notification No. 21/2026-27 dated June 29, 2026.
The notification amends Notification No. 65/2025-26 dated March 19, 2026, which relates to the RELIEF intervention under EPM. The amendment has been issued in exercise of powers conferred under Sections 3 and 5 of the Foreign Trade (Development and Regulation) Act, 1992, read with paragraphs 1.02 and 2.01 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2023.
As per the amendment made in Para 7.2 of the Annexure to Notification No. 65/2025-26, the eligibility period under Component II has been extended up to September 30, 2026 for shipments meant for delivery or transshipment under the intervention.
The extension is aimed at enhancing utilization of the intervention and facilitating trade resilience for Indian exporters. It is expected to provide continued support to exporters facing logistics-related disruptions arising out of the continuing West Asia crisis.
All other provisions of Notification No. 65/2025-26 dated March 19, 2026, as amended from time to time, shall remain unchanged.
