The Tude Investment of India Limited has received an Order under Section 73 of the Central Goods and Services Tax Act,2017 from the Assistant Commissioner, Egmore Assessment Circle, Chennai, imposing a penalty of ₹ 94,84 ,0701- for a mismatch in Input Tax Credit claimed between returns GSTR 2A and GSTR 38 for FY 2020-21, according to the regulatory filing.
The Company received the order on February 25, 2025. The Company is likely to challenge the order before an appropriate authority. “The Company will take necessary steps to rectify/appeal against the aforesaid order before the appropriate authority,” said the company in their regulatory filing.
The disclosure before the exchange was made under Regulation 30 of the Securities Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
