Intellect Design Arena Limited has received an Order under Section 73 of the GST Act, 2017, wherein a demand amounting to ₹ 18.88 crores and a penalty of ₹ 1.89 crores has been imposed primarily relating to the reconciliation of unbilled revenue, said the Company in their regulatory filing.
Additional Commissioner, Chennai North Commissionerate, O/o. the Principal Commissioner of CGST & Central Excise, Chennai, Tamil Nadu has issued the demand order under Section 73 of the GST Act, 2017 on February 17, 2025.
