The Income Tax Department has released the updated Offline Utility for ITR-6 (AY 2025-26) for companies not claiming exemption under section 11. The Java-based Utility (v1.1.0, 27.5 MB) was released on 24-Sep-2025, while the Excel-based Utility (v1.2, 13.4 MB) was updated on 23-Sep-2025.
