The Income Tax Department has enabled Excel Utilities for filing Updated Returns in ITR Forms 1 to 7 for Assessment Year 2025–26 on January 01, 2026. Taxpayers can now download and use these utilities to file updated returns seamlessly through the official e-Filing portal, enhancing ease, accuracy, and voluntary compliance.
