
In a major taxpayer facilitation initiative aimed at enhancing access to appellate remedies under the Goods and Services Tax (GST) framework, the Goods and Services Tax Appellate Tribunal (GSTAT), Delhi State Bench, vide Public Notice No. 02/2026 dated 12 June 2026 has established a dedicated Help Desk for litigants, tax practitioners, authorized representatives and departmental officers.
The Help Desk has been set up at Room No. 350, 3rd Floor, Hotel Samrat, Kautilya Marg, Chanakyapuri, New Delhi – 110021, where the Delhi State Bench of the GSTAT is presently functioning. The facility has been created to provide stakeholders with easier access to information and procedural guidance relating to matters before the Tribunal.
The Help Desk will provide assistance in respect of appeals, applications and incidental procedural matters that are pending before or proposed to be filed before the Delhi State Bench. The initiative is expected to facilitate efficient filing processes and improve stakeholder engagement with the Tribunal.
The Help Desk shall remain operational on all working days from 3:00 P.M. to 5:00 P.M. Stakeholders may approach the designated officers during the prescribed hours for assistance and clarification on procedural issues concerning matters before the Bench.
The following officers have been assigned responsibility for the functioning of the Help Desk:
- Shri Ravi Kumar, Court Officer, GSTAT Delhi State Bench
- Shri Akshay, Legal Assistant, GSTAT Delhi State Bench
The establishment of the Help Desk reflects the Tribunal’s commitment to ensuring transparency, accessibility and taxpayer-centric service delivery while strengthening the appellate mechanism under the GST regime.
The arrangement has been made with the approval of the Hon’ble Vice President, Goods and Services Tax Appellate Tribunal, Delhi State Bench.
