The Office of the Principal Chief Commissioner, CGST & CX, Delhi Zone, has issued Trade Notice No. 01/2025 dated May 23, 2025, to address grievances related to GST registration. Following CBIC Instruction No. 04/2025-GST dated 02.05.2025, applicants under Central jurisdiction who face issues with application rejections or queries raised in violation of guidelines can now approach the jurisdictional Chief Commissioner. A dedicated Grievance Redressal Cell (GRC) has been established for this purpose, and taxpayers are encouraged to submit their complaints via email to grievance.cgstdelhi@gov.in. This initiative aims to ensure timely resolution and improve transparency in GST registration processes within the Delhi Zone.
Attention of the Trade & Industries, Field Formations and Departmental Officers is invited to the CBIC’s Instruction No. 04/2025-GST dated 02.05.2025 wherein it has been, inter alia, stated that any applicant whose Application Reference Number (ARN) has been assigned to Central jurisdiction and who has a grievance in respect of any query raised in contravention of the said instructions, regarding grounds of rejection of application etc. may approach the jurisdictional Zonal Principal Chief Commissioner/ Chief Commissioner.
In pursuance to above Instruction, a Grievance Redressal Cell (GRC) has been constituted in PCCO, CGST & CX, Delhi Zone. Taxpayers are advised to send their grievances on the dedicated email id grievance.cgstdelhi@gov.in created for receiving the grievances of taxpayers falling under the jurisdiction of CGST & CX, Delhi Zone with respect to new GST Registrations.
