The Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT), under the Ministry of Commerce & Industry, has issued a Corrigendum to Notification No. 66/2025–26 dated March 23, 2026, regarding the restoration of RoDTEP (Remission of Duties and Taxes on Exported Products) rates.

As per the corrigendum, it is clarified that vide Notification No. 66 dated March 23, 2026, the RoDTEP rates were restored to the levels applicable as on February 22, 2026.

In partial modification of Para 2 of the said notification, it has now been specified that the RoDTEP rates and value caps, as detailed in Appendix 4R and Appendix 4RE, shall be restored for the period from March 23, 2026 to March 31, 2026 for all eligible export products.

This corrigendum ensures alignment of the effective date of restoration of RoDTEP benefits with the decision taken by the Central Government, thereby removing any ambiguity in implementation.
