The DGFT vide Notification No. 56/2024-25 dated February 04, 2025, has issued amendments in the Export Policy of De-Oiled Rice Bran is ‘Prohibited’ up to September 30, 2025.
In exercise of powers conferred by Section 3 read with section 5 of the Foreign Trade (Development & Regulation) Act, 1992, read with Para 1.02 and 2.01 of the Foreign Trade Policy 2023, as amended from time to time, the Central Government hereby, in amendment of the earlier Notification No. 23/2024-25 dated 16th August 2024, makes the following changes in Export Policy conditions under Chapter 23 of Schedule-II(Export Policy), ITC(HS) 2022:
