The DGFT issued Notification No. 37/2025-26 dated October 03, 2025, amends the export policy of De-Oiled Rice Bran from ‘Prohibited’ to ‘Free’ with immediate effect.
In exercise of powers conferred by Section 3 read with section 5 of the Foreign Trade (Development & Regulation) Act, 1992, read with Para 1.02 and 2.01 of the Foreign Trade Policy 2023, as amended from time to time, the Central Government hereby amends the Export Policy of De-Oiled Rice Bran(DoRB) under Chapter 23 of Schedule-II (Export Policy), ITC (HS) 2022 , with immediate effect as under :

Effect of the Notification: The export policy of De-Oiled Rice Bran is hereby amended from ‘Prohibited’ to ‘Free’ with immediate effect.
