The DGFT, vide Notification No. 12/2025-26 dated May 27, 2025, amended Para 4.41(5) of FTP-2023. The name of the agency at S. No. (5) has been changed from “International Gemmological Institute (India) Pvt. Ltd.” to “International Gemmological Institute (India) Limited,” effective immediately.
In exercise of powers conferred by Section 3 and Section 5 of the Foreign Trade (Development and Regulation) Act, 1992 read with paragraph 1.02 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2023 (as amended from time to time), the Central Government hereby amends the Para No. 4.41(5) of FTP-2023, with immediate effect, as under:
