The CBIC issued Order No. 1/2025 and Order No. 2/2025 on April 07, 2025. These orders, under the powers of the Central Excise Rules 2017, Service Tax Rules 1994, and the Central Goods and Services Tax Act 2017, assign appeals filed on or after July 1, 2017, under the Central Excise Act 1944 or the Finance Act 1994 to specific Central Excise Officers. The appeals’ details are listed in an annexure table, with officers’ particulars in column (5).
