The Kerala Toddy Workers’ Welfare Fund Board is exempted for income arising from contributions, grants, and bank interest under the Kerala Toddy Workers’ Welfare Fund Act, 1969. The Forum of Regulators is exempted for income from government grants, membership fees, and bank interest. Both entities must comply with conditions like non-engagement in commercial activities and filing income tax returns.
