On June 30, 2026, the Income Tax Department has rolled out the second set of statutory forms as per the Income Tax Rules, 2026 on the e-Filing portal.
The newly enabled quarterly forms include Forms 121, 138, 140, 143, 144, 147 and 148. Taxpayers and other stakeholders can now access and file these forms through the Income Tax e-Filing portal.
This update is aimed at facilitating timely compliance and smoother online filing under the Income Tax Rules, 2026.
