The Central Government has issued Notification No. 06/2026-Customs dated 12th March 2026 to amend List 14 appended to Table I of Notification No. 45/2025-Customs dated 24th October 2025, in order to align the notification with the updated Appendix 4B of the Handbook of Procedure, 2023. The amendment inserts “SBER Bank” as Item No. 3 in List 14 after the existing entries. The entry is applicable with effect from 25th June 2025 and will remain valid up to 31st March 2026, with imports permitted for domestic consumption only. The amendment has been issued under the powers conferred by the Customs Act, 1962 and the Customs Tariff Act, 1975 in the public interest.
