The GST Appellate Tribunal, via its official X account on February 20, 2026, released a progress update on the status of appeals filed before the Tribunal. As per the update, a total of 1,453 cases/appeals have been submitted so far, of which 196 relate to the National Anti-profiteering Authority.
The Tribunal further reported that 1,257 GST appeals have been filed online through the GSTAT portal, reflecting the growing efficiency of the digital platform and its contribution toward ease of filing for taxpayers and the trade community.
