The Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT), under the Ministry of Commerce & Industry issued Public Notice No. 43/2025–26 dated January 09, 2026 has notified the enlistment of a new agency under Appendix 2E of the Foreign Trade Policy (FTP), 2023 for issuance of Certificates of Origin (Non-Preferential).
The enlistment has been made in exercise of the powers conferred under Paragraph 2.04 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2023, with immediate effect.

Amendment in Appendix 2E
Consequent upon this notification, the name of the above agency has been added at Serial No. 20 (Delhi) of Appendix 2E (List of Agencies Authorised to Issue Certificate of Origin – Non-Preferential) of the FTP 2023, along with its associated Aayat Niryat Forms.
Effect of the Public Notice
With this enlistment, the India & Arab Countries Chamber of Commerce, Industry & Agriculture (IACCIA) is authorised to issue Certificates of Origin (Non-Preferential) with immediate effect, thereby expanding the network of designated agencies and facilitating exporters.
