DGFT extends the “Free” Import Policy of Tur/ Pigeon Peas (Cajanus Cajan) [ITC(HS) 0713 60 00] till March 31, 2026

The DGFT vide Notification No. 51/2024-25 dated January 21, 2025, extends the “Free” Import Policy of Tur/ Pigeon Peas (Cajanus Cajan) [ITC(HS) 0713 60 00] under ITC (HS) 2022, Schedule – I (Import Policy) till March 31, 2026.

S.O.(E): In exercise of powers conferred by Section 3 read with Section 5 of the Foreign Trade (Development and Regulation) Act, 1992 (22 of 1992), read with paragraphs 1.02 and 2.01 of the Foreign Trade Policy (FTP), 2023, as amended from time to time, the Central Government hereby amends the Import Policy Conditions as under:

Effect of the Notification: The “Free” Import Policy of Tur stands extended up to 31.03.2026.
