The Income Tax Department of India has enabled the facility for filing Updated Returns for Assessment Years 2021–22 and 2022–23 for taxpayers using ITR-3 and ITR-4 forms. Eligible taxpayers can now submit their updated returns through the official Income Tax e-filing portal at: https://www.incometax.gov.in/iec/foportal/. This update offers an opportunity for corrections and compliance for past assessment years.
