The 57th GST Council has approved a set of measures aimed at simplifying GST compliance, speeding up refunds and reducing the working capital burden on businesses, Moneycontrol reported, citing sources. The measures include faster GST registration, greater automation in processing input tax credit (ITC) and quicker processing of refund claims.
